How I Discovered Comics
I thought this was pretty good.
When did you discover comics?In April of 1977 (7th grade, and a year into reading Burroughs) I notice the comic book rack at the grocery store. Before this moment, I have no memory of encountering comics except for the Sunday paper and in Big Boy resturaunts. For all the reading I’d done in my young life, comics simply hadn’t been on my radar.
