We're just not sure whether this really happened:

I happened across this interview with Clippers backup center Mikki Moore on ESPN’s Page 3 — the only reason I was mildly interested was because I remember his days as a little-used Piston. It’s basically a fluff piece on his love for pet snakes. Sure, there’s a couple of funny quotes. . .

But in the profession that we’re in, that’s the easiest pet to have. You can just feed it a rat and give it some water and you can leave it for a month.
